Taxes and Duties

Customers are responsible only for applicable provincial taxes. There are no duties for orders delivered within Canada.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey to you.

At Azara, each ring is custom made to order, crafted specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made jewelry.

Manufacturing Defects

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@azaraofficial.com. We will be happy to repair or replace the item at no additional cost after confirming the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our rings, all sales are final unless your item is defective upon arrival. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or custom design variations.
