Please note, this warranty does not cover damage from daily wear and tear, loss of the center stone, or any issues resulting from repairs or alterations performed by third-party jewelers.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects that are covered under our warranty may include:

– Loose or missing accent stones
– Prong issues affecting the security of the center stone
– Uneven or misaligned settings
– Defective clasps or closures (for rings with movable parts)

– Structural flaws in the craftsmanship not caused by wear or impact

If you notice any of these issues, please contact us and we will gladly assess the piece for repair or replacement.

Our warranty does not apply to damages caused by normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care. Examples include:

Rings are delicate by nature and can become slightly out of shape if exposed to repeated pressure or heavy use. This can weaken the setting over time, so we recommend removing your ring during activities like lifting heavy objects, sports, or manual work to protect its integrity.
